1. Services We Provide
Webgrowin.com offers professional digital services, including:

Website Fixing, Malware Removal & Optimization
All services are customized as per client requirements.
2. Payment Terms
Project confirmation requires 50% advance payment. Remaining 50% payment is due before final delivery. Work will not be published, transferred, or hosted until full payment is received. All payments are non-negotiable once work has started.
We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Paytm, PhonePe, and other supported payment methods.
3. Refund Policy
Since our services involve time, creativity, and digital labor, we follow a strict No Refund Policy, except in the following rare conditions:
If no work has been started
If the delay is from our side beyond the promised timeline
Refunds are not available for:
Completed work
Partially completed work
Change of mind
Third-party costs (hosting, domains, plugins, ads budget, etc.)
4. Project Timeline
We provide estimated deadlines, but timelines may vary due to:
Client response delays
Unavailability of required content
Technical issues
Third-party delays (hosting, domain, Google verification, etc.)
We will always keep you updated on progress.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
Required content (text, images, information)
Business details
Logo (if available)
Access to social media or hosting
Quick approval of designs
Delays from the client side will affect deadlines.
6. Revisions Policy
Each project includes 2 free rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged depending on the work. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of project delivery. Major redesign or structural changes are considered new work.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Client receives full rights to final approved design, website, or content after full payment. Webgrowin.com retains the right to showcase delivered projects in portfolio or marketing. Unpaid work cannot be used, published, or distributed by client.
8. Third-Party Costs
Client is responsible for:
Domain charges
Hosting charges
Premium plugins
Ad budget for Facebook/Google
Tools or subscription costs if required
We only charge for our service fees.
9. Website & Digital Work Warranty
We provide 7-day basic support after project delivery for:
Minor corrections
Small adjustments
Bug fixes
Support does NOT include:
New page creation
Structural redesign
New features
Additional marketing services
These will be charged separately.
10. Communication
Official communication channels:
WhatsApp
Phone call
Email
Google Meet (for meetings)
We respond within 24–48 hours on working days.
11. Privacy & Data Security
All client data is kept confidential.
We do not share information with any third party, except where required for service completion.

12. Termination of Service
We may cancel or suspend any project if:
Client is abusive or unprofessional
Client fails to make payment
Client refuses to provide required details
Misuse of our work is detected
No refund will be provided for terminated projects.
13. Disclaimer
Digital results (leads, reach, sales, ranking) depend on multiple factors:
Market competition
Client industry
Budget
Content
Consistency
We do not guarantee specific numbers — but we guarantee professional work and honest service.
